Where is our data stored?
In Codyn's cloud infrastructure, isolated per client workspace. Your data is never shared with other clients and never sold. See the app privacy policy for details.
Can employees be location-tracked?
No. Location is read only at the moment of check-in to confirm presence at the workplace, never continuously, never in the background.
What do employees need?
Any smartphone with the app (or any browser). An optional tablet at the entrance shows the rotating QR code for locations that want it.
Does it fit our payroll process?
Yes, exports come as Excel or CSV with totals per employee, day and period, and leave uses standard deviation codes. Born in Sweden, built to fit any payroll.
