Tested, not just interviewed

Every engineer we deploy has passed live coding, system design, and a working session in English, run by our own senior engineers. We read code, not just CVs.

You sign with Codyn under Swedish law and receive one monthly SEK invoice. No foreign paperwork, no agency chains.

Your data stays put

Engineers work in secure EU-hosted environments. Your code and data never leave the EU, GDPR is built into the setup, not promised afterwards.

Replacement guarantee

If an engineer leaves or turns out to be the wrong fit, we onboard a matched replacement within 15 working days. It's in the contract.

Time and output, reported every sprint in words you can forward. You always see what you pay for.

Our engineers are based in Morocco, a place we know first-hand, with a strong engineering culture and the same working hours as Central Europe. Your 09:00 standup is their 09:00 standup, all year round.

They work in English day to day, with French and Arabic alongside. We select them ourselves, one by one, and we keep the team small on purpose, we'd rather say "not yet" than send you someone we wouldn't put on our own projects.
